Frequently Asked Questions

Which instrument is easiest for a complete beginner?

Ukulele and keyboard are the quickest to get a recognisable sound from. Both let a beginner play a simple song within a few weeks, which matters more than people expect for staying motivated.

Which instrument is easiest for an adult starting from scratch?

Keyboard, usually. Adults grasp the theory quickly and the notes are laid out visibly in order, so progress is easy to see. Guitar is a close second if the goal is playing songs rather than reading music.

Is any instrument too hard to start as a beginner?

None is too hard, but violin and wind instruments demand more patience early on because producing a clean note takes longer. Both reward that patience with a sharper ear.

Do I need to own an instrument before my first lesson?

No. Students use our studio instruments during lessons. Most families wait a full term before buying anything, by which point they know far more about what is actually needed.

Which of these can I learn in Sharjah?

We teach piano, keyboard, guitar, violin, drums, percussion, wind instruments and vocals at our Rolla centre, seven days a week, for all ages and levels.
